Returns & Replacements

Returns

Not happy with what you got? No problem! I am that flexible and workable :=) Simply return the item in its original packaging and condition. Please do not wash them. No restocking fees whatsoever. Return shipping fees will be your responsibility though. I have some people emailed me asking if they could return the baby wrap a week they used it or after 4 times of use. Seriously, do you really want to do that? If you have used them that much you must have loved it and just don't want to admit it :=)

Exchanges

If you decide you don't want the color you got or for some other reason you want it exchanged, simply call or email me and I will respond to you right away. I am a mommy with style and I do this myself a lot so I understand! We should have the freedom of getting the kind of satisfaction we want and buying the baby sling from me doesn't only involve you. It is YOU and your BABY. If DS or DD don't like the red color in it, return it for something cool they you and DS or DD are happy with. Also, please make sure you haven't washed them yet or make sure it is within 10 days of purchase. Return fees are on your hands and I'll take care of the shipping fee for your newly exchanged baby wraps.
